«جایزه ملی مفاخر ماندگار HSE ایران» بستری برای پاسداشت، تقدیر و ارج نهادن به «مفاخر، پیشگامان و چهرههای ماندگار بهداشت، ایمنی و محیطزیست HSE ایران» و معرفی نخبگانی است که با دانش، تعهد و آیندهنگری خود، پایههای علمی، مهندسی و توسعه پایدار را به ویژه در حوزه های مرتبط با سلامت، ایمنی، محیط زیست و مدیریت کشور بنا نهادهاند. این بخش با هدف انتقال تجربه، هویتبخشی و الهامبخشی به نسل جدید متخصصان و بر اساس اساسنامه و رسالت انجمن های علمی کشور، و با مجوز کمیسیون انجمن های علمی ایران، و با تایید و تصویب هیئت مدیره انجمن علمی مدیریت و مهندسی بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست ایران (HSEME) ایجاد شده است.
رسالتها و محورهای اصلی :
- مستندسازی دستاوردها: ثبت دقیق سوابق، تألیفات، نوآوریها و تأثیرات راهبردی اساتید و پایهگذاران علوم مختلف در ایران.
- الگوسازی حرفهای: معرفی منش اخلاقی، شجاعت علمی و ایستادگی این چهرهها در مسیر تحقق اهداف ملی و حفاظت از سرمایههای انسانی و طبیعی کشور.
- پیوند بیننسلی: ایجاد پلی میان تجربیات ارزشمند پیشکسوتان و مسیر پیشروی دانشجویان، پژوهشگران و مدیران جوان.
- ارجنهادن به خردورزی: ادای دین به سالها تلاش بیوقفه متخصصانی که با نگاه سیستماتیک خود، مسیر ارتقای شاخصهای کلان علمی، صنعتی و زیستمحیطی را هموار کردهاند.
فرایند اجرا:
- آیین نامه مصوب : شناسایی و معرفی مفاخر، پیشگامان و چهرههای ماندگار HSE ایران بر اساس آیین نامه مصوب هیئت مدیره انجمن انجام می پذیرد.
- معیارها و ضوابط: معیارها و ضوابط فرایند اجرا، به صورت سالیانه بر اساس آیین نامه مصوب و در کارگروه های مختلف بررسی و تعیین می شود.
ارکان و ساختار:
- شورای سیاستگذاری مفاخر: شورایی متشکل از رئیس انجمن، مدیر روابطعمومی و امور بین الملل، مدیر آموزش و سه نفر ترکیبی از اساتید مرجع دانشگاهی و متخصصان صنعت و کنش گران جامعه که وظیفه بررسی استراتژیهای پاسداشت مفاخر را بر عهده دارند.
- کمیتههای حقیقتیاب و مستندسازی: کارگروههایی تخصصی که وظیفه جمعآوری فعالیت های پژوهشی، اجتماعی، اجرائی، و بررسی تاریخ شفاهی، بررسی سوابق اجرایی و راستیآزمایی مستندات کاندیداها را پیش از ورود به مرحله داوری انجام میدهند.
The “National HSE Iran Award for Enduring Pioneers” is a platform for preserving, appreciating and honoring “Honorable Figures, Pioneers and Pnduring Figures of HSE Iran” and introducing Elites who, with their knowledge, commitment and foresight, have laid the foundations of science, engineering and sustainable development, especially in the fields related to health, safety, environment and management of the country.
