2. توسعه کمی و کیفی نیروهای متخصص در زمینه بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست (HSE)

3. بهبود بخشیدن به امور آموزشی و پژوهشی در زمینه‌های بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست (HSE)، تقییر اقلیم و اقتصاد چرخشی

4. تحکیم روابط علمی و تحقیقاتی در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی بین محققان و متخصصانی که به‌گونه‌ای با دانش و مهارت های بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست (HSE) و حوزه‌های بین رشته ای با آن سروکار دارند

5. همکاری با سازمان ها و نهادهای اجرائی، سیاست گذار، علمی و پژوهشی در زمینه مشاوره، آموزش، صحه گذاری، ارزیابی و بازنگری طرح‌ها و برنامه‌های مربوطه

6. ترغیب و تشویق پژوهشگران و تجلیل از محققان و استادان ممتاز

7. تشکیل گردهمائی‌های علمی در سطح ملی، منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی

 Cooperate with executive, policy-making, scientific and research organizations and institutions in the field of consulting, training, validation, evaluation and review of relevant plans and programs
